What's the difference between Regular and Extended? +

Regular ($249) gives you the complete PHP web application — you can host it and run your own WhatsApp SaaS. Extended ($599) adds the full Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android, lifetime updates (vs 6 months), 1 year of support (vs 6 months), faster all-day support, free installation on your server, and branding change assistance.

Does Waify support multiple payment gateways? +

Yes. Waify includes Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal out of the box — plus a Manual Payment option for bank transfers or offline billing. Each workspace can be billed through the platform with full invoice and tax support.

How do the AI features work? Which providers are supported? +

Waify supports three AI providers and lets each workspace configure its own AI provider independently — or fall back to the platform-wide default set by the admin. The AI Agent Builder lets you create custom agents for inbox replies, and the AI Voice Calls feature runs actual WhatsApp voice calls powered by your AI agents, with human handoff and full call transcripts.

What WhatsApp connection methods are supported? +

Three methods: Embedded Signup (recommended — seamless onboarding inside your platform), Manual API connection (your clients paste their own WhatsApp Cloud API credentials), and Baileys login (unofficial, for clients who can't access the Cloud API). All three are included in both licenses.

Do I need to pay Meta / WhatsApp separately? +

Yes. The WhatsApp Cloud API is managed by Meta and has its own conversation-based pricing — the first 1,000 conversations per month are free per number. This cost is separate from Waify's one-time purchase price and is paid directly to Meta by you or your clients depending on how you set up the API access.

When does the Extended license include installation? +

The Extended license includes free installation on your server plus branding change support (logo, app name, colours). Support hours are all days with instant to 24-hour response times — vs Regular which is working days with 24–48 hour replies.

What's on the roadmap for future updates? +
