Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- You have not deployed Waify to a production server with real end users
- You have not publicly distributed or resold the source code
- You contact us at hello@zyptos.com with your order email and reason
Not eligible
- Requests after 30 days from purchase
- Change-of-mind after significant customization or production launch
- Issues caused by third-party hosting, Meta API restrictions, or modified core files
- Extended license after free installation or branding services have been delivered
Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your license key will be revoked and download access removed from your account.
Partial refunds
License upgrades (Regular → Extended) may receive prorated credit at our discretion within the first 60 days.
