Waify is a product of Zyptos ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit waify.in, purchase a license, or contact support.

- Account data: name, email, company, billing address when you purchase
- Payment data: processed by Stripe/PayPal — we do not store full card numbers
- Support tickets: messages and attachments you send us
- Analytics: anonymized page views via privacy-friendly analytics
3. How we use data
We use your data to deliver licenses, provide support, send product updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Self-hosted product
After purchase, Waify runs on your servers. You are the data controller for your end users' WhatsApp and contact data. We are not responsible for data you process in your deployment.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@zyptos.com. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR.
