By accessing waify.in or purchasing Waify, you agree to these Terms and our License Terms.
2. Product
Waify is downloadable software sold under a one-time license. We grant use rights as described in your license type (Regular or Extended). Source code is provided for self-hosting only.
3. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute the source code publicly, resell the script as a competing product, or use Waify for illegal messaging, spam, or harassment. You must comply with Meta/WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable laws.
4. Support & updates
Support and update periods are defined by your license tier. We may discontinue support for very old versions after reasonable notice.
5. Disclaimer
Software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or WhatsApp API changes by Meta. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by local consumer law.
